i used to hate michael phelps.but now im a swimmer on my high school team and my respect for him rose by a huge margin.swimming is one of the most enduring sports ever and you can't tell that by staring at the television. they make it look so easy, but its literally the toughest sport

If I'm not mistaken...Mark Spitz swam 7 races and set 7 world records. Michael Phelps raced 8 and set 7 world records.
